Youngstown, Ohio 1956: Joe Sylvester Sr. built his first home thus beginning the Legacy of Construction and Real Estate management for the Sylvester Family. Joe Jr. grew up in the family enterprise and helped build and develop properties all over the tri-county area and beyond. He has since transitioned the family business away from Construction to solely focus on Real Estate leasing, sales, and property management.
Family man and major car guy, the second generation of the Joe Sylvester name has exponential experience in everything from property management to complete building construction.
